ECI is looking for an administrative assistant to join our team in our Savannah office. This person will work to support the daily operations of our Food Service Operations at Hunter Army Military Base.
The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate scheduling - Work with Manager on submitting timely employee schedules
- Organize internal resources - Build out and maintain processes to keep files organized and easily accessible.
- Communicate policies and procedures - Alert employees of new processes rules and regulations.
- Communicate with Client - Work with the manager to assure communication with Client is effective.
- Ordering Supplies - Work with Manger on recording inventory levels.
- DFA- Food Service Worker Duties - In emergency short-handed situations assist in operations.
