An Insurtech client is seeking a fully remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier personal lines P&C agents to support our rapid growth. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the personal lines P&C insurance industry.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience recruiting in the P&C Insurance Industry (Insurance Producers, Insurance Agents, etc)

5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Solutions

Experience with ATS (Greenhouse preferred)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience recruiting for a non-captive agency

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
