In this role, you will be making outbound calls to insurance companies to collect on past due payments. If you're organized, proactive, and ready to help keep things running smoothly by managing claims and collections, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities
- Keep track of aging reports for assigned insurance carriers
- Reach out to insurers to discuss settlements and resolve outstanding balances
- Review and respond to EOBs, denials, and rejected claims
- Collect, review, and appeal any unpaid or underpaid claims to make
sure they're handled quickly
