Job Opportunity : Bilingual Customer Service Representative
A client of ours located in Tualatin is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative that can provide quality care and support to their vendors, property managers, and insurance agents.
Permanent hire potential post-contract.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for collecting information and running background checks, COI tracking, W-9 verification, and TIN Checks.
- Answer phone calls through contact center, assisting caller with their profile, subscription status, and any requirements they need to have in place.
- Make outbound calls to customers who left voicemails.
- Follow-up with customers about their expired subscriptions.
- Follow-up with customers about their enrollment verifications via phone and emails.
- Answer customer emails by solving their problems and responding in a helpful and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer chats, answer their questions and help them solve problems.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements :
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 30am to 5 : 00pm
Pay : $19 to $21 / hour depending on experience
