Job Title : Assembler Level II or III (Open to people in construction or automotivebackground)

Assembler III (4 + years of experience)

Pay : $23 / hr to $24 / hr

Assembler II (2 to 3+ years of experience)

Pay : $20 / hr to $22 / hr

Location : East Mesa

Schedule : 7am to 3 : 30pm M-F

    Assembly : Experience working in and on a assembly line Mechanical assembly : Some positions will require mechanical assembly of small and larger parts.     Job Description :

  • Lead and execute complex assembly tasks, including those requiring advanced mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies.
  • Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and specifications to ensure the correct assembly of components.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve issues in assembly processes and product functionality.
  • Coach and train lower-level assemblers, providing guidance and mentoring on techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards.
  • Ensure that the team is adhering to all safety and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Continuously review and recommend improvements to assembly processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other departments to resolve design or manufacturing issues.
  • Perform final quality inspections and testing to ensure that the assembled products meet company standards and specifications.
  • Maintain inventory of parts and materials required for assembly and ensure that stock is kept at optimal levels.
  • Assist with the setup, calibration, and operation of automated or semi-automated equipment used in the assembly process.
  • Follow lean manufacturing guidelines, providing continuous improvement suggestions for gained efficiency
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing roles, with experience in leadership or team supervision.
  • Expertise in reading and interpreting complex technical documents, including engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to train and mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control processes and manufacturing best practices.
  • WORK ENVIRONMENT :

    ADA Physical / Mental / Workplace Requirements

  • Able to lift and / or move up to 35 pounds.
  • Able to stand; walk; stoop, kneel or crouch, as required.
  • Able to climb portable ladder

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 / hr.
