Position Overview

The HR Manager is the go-to person for day-to-day human resources operations, with a primary focus on employee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR compliance. This on-site role plays a vital part in fostering a supportive, people-centered work environment and ensuring the foundation's HR processes run smoothly and in alignment with California employment regulations.

• Manage employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
• Serve as the primary contact for benefits-related inquiries, claims, and issue resolution
• Oversee open enrollment processes and coordinate with vendors for accurate benefits delivery
