Reporting to the Sr. Associate Dean for Finance and Administration at Rutgers Business School.
The position responsibilities include and are not limited to the following :
- Office management, program coordination, and budgeting processes for the Dean's office and other supported departments.
- Provides executive administrative support to the Sr. Executive Associate, Sr Associate Dean and Vice Dean's in the Dean's Office which will include data collection and analysis for the Dean's Office.
- Oversees and coordinates administrative functions and operations for the RBS-Newark and New Brunswick Dean's Office, including, but not limited to, front-office operations, business, accounting, personnel, events, payroll, and communications.
- Develops and implements plans on time and within budget. Coordinate, manage, track, and submit contractor forms, ensure policies are followed, complete background checks, contracts signed, and various forms of staff payment are signed and executed.
One position is located on our Livingston Campus in Piscataway and the other position is located at the Newark Campus. Travel between campuses is required for both positions.

Consistent with the current application of Rutgers Policy 60.3.22, this position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement.
