We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Communications Agent to support our internal and external communication efforts. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that all communications align with our brand voice and organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling written and verbal communications across departments and with clients, helping to maintain consistency, clarity, and professionalism in all messaging.
Responsibilities
Draft, edit, and proofread internal and external communications.
Coordinate communications between departments to ensure message alignment.
Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and team members in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and client proposals.
Maintain up-to-date records of communication templates and guidelines.
Support the development of newsletters, press releases, and other written materials.
Ensure all communication adheres to brand standards and tone of voice.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in a communications, administrative, or client-facing role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other basic communication tools.
A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
