GMB is on the lookout for a Marketing & Sales Proposal Coordinator to join our team. This role will work closely in collaboration with other marketing team members as well as internal team members spanning our service offerings.

As a Marketing and Sales Proposal Coordinator with GMB you will :

• Collaborate with business development teams to coordinate tailored responses to RFPs and RFQs.
• Analyze, coordinate, and develop proposals, interview materials, sales collateral (includes writing, editing, formatting, and proofreading).
• Responsible for updating team resumes, project pages, marketing data, and digital filing of collateral.
• Work collaboratively with the GMB corporate marketing team to enhance brand messaging.
• Manage multiple projects / deadlines simultaneously.
