Certified Notary Public, meeting all state or regional requirements, including any necessary bonds or insurance, with additional certification as a Notary Signing Agent. Prior experience in notarizing loan closing documents, with a strong understanding of mortgage and real estate transactions. High level of accuracy in reviewing and notarizing loan documents to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively coordinating with borrowers, lenders, and title companies. Ability to manage appointments, travel schedules, and document handling efficiently, ensuring timely loan closings. Competence in using digital tools and platforms for remote notarization, document management, and secure communication. Access to dependable transportation for traveling to various locations for in-person signings.JOB REQUIREMENTS :  Strong Internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
