Brand & Sales Ambassador -

Overview : MSG is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Brand & Sales Ambassador  on behalf of our client. Join our dynamic team and take on the role of representing our client's brand while driving sales and fostering customer engagement. This full-time position offers paid training, weekend availability, and a range of exciting perks and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities : As a Brand & Sales Ambassador, you will :

  • Learn and execute sales scripts in the field to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
  • Close sales with customers, ensuring a positive and seamless experience throughout the sales process.
  • Adhere to compliance standards and guidelines while engaging with customers and conducting sales activities.
  • Engage with customers to answer questions, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Split your time between the office and the field, adapting to a dynamic work environment.
  • Participate in team nights, national travel opportunities, and networking events with top company performers.
  • Earn uncapped commissions based on sales performance and enjoy additional perks such as yearly recognition and reward trips, national leadership conferences, and growth opportunities within the company.
  • Contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment where everyone is valued and respected.

Qualifications :

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
  • Weekend availability is required to accommodate retail hours and field activities.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and executing sales strategies to drive results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
