Job details Spherion Staffing has several openings for Production Associates to produce/assemble agriculture equipment. This position will perform regular assembly of grain handling equipment using hand and pneumatic tools. Qualified applicants should have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience.

Fall - Spring Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 7 am-5:30 pm ... Summer Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 7 am-5:30 pm plus Fridays 7 am until noon (or when work is needed)
$21+/hour DOE

Responsibilities:
-Assemble metal components/parts with correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies according to job specifications; including but not limited to, assembling fans, unload/augers, doors, roof rafters, dryers, etc.
-Assist with the assembly of hardware kit boxes and other assembly stations as needed
-Operate hand & power tools, and other equipment as required to complete projects
-Assist with roll former machine operation and collection of metal products at the end of line

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
