Job Title : Boiler Operator
Location : Denver, Colorado
Description : As a Boiler Operator, you'll ensure the seamless operation of high-capacity equipment, including chillers and boilers, to create a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for everyone. This is a chance to bring your technical expertise to a collaborative and dynamic setting, where your contributions directly impact patient care and staff support. If you're a skilled problem-solver with a passion for precision, this role is for you!
Responsibilities :
- Operate and maintain boiler and HVAC systems, perform water chemical analysis, and monitor utility systems.
- Handle service calls, fire alarms, and elevator issues as needed.
- Conduct preventative maintenance, complete logs, and perform routine cleaning and upkeep of equipment.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team on additional tasks, including snow removal and shift coverage.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $68000.00 - $85000.00 / yr.
