As a Junior Youth Mentor Staff, you'll play a crucial role in guiding and supporting young Club Members through their formative years, making a positive impact that lasts a lifetime.

Your Role :

As a Junior Youth Mentor Staff, you'll serve as a mentor, guide, and role model to Club Members, creating a supportive and engaging environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive. Guided by our three pillars-academic success, good character and citizenship, and healthy lifestyles-you'll ensure every Club Member receives the mentorship and support they need to succeed in all aspects of their lives.

Your Responsibilities :

Plan and lead daily group activities for youth ages 5-11 or 12-17 ensuring everyone is engaged and having a blast.

Foster meaningful connections with Club Members, providing mentorship, guidance, and support in areas such as leadership, creativity, physical activity, and academics.

Maintain a positive and inclusive environment through active supervision, encouragement, and positive reinforcement.

Keep organized by maintaining accurate records and planning special events like guest speakers and field trips.

Above all, prioritize safety by following all Club policies and procedures.
