Job Summary

The Payroll Analyst will work closely with the Senior Payroll Analyst to ensure the efficient, accurate, and compliant administration of payroll processes. This role involves analyzing payroll data, resolving discrepancies, providing support for payroll audits and reporting and reviewing employee expense reports. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and familiar with payroll systems, labor laws, and acts as a liaison between Human Resources and Accounting to guarantee smooth payroll operations.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Payroll Processing :

Help manage and process employee payroll accurately and on time, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and overtime.

Reviewing employee timesheets, ensuring accuracy of hours worked and any overtime.

Conduct internal audits of payroll processes and data to ensure compliance.

Maintain and update payroll systems, ensuring data integrity.

Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and tax forms.

Identify opportunities to enhance payroll processes for efficiency and accuracy.
