Imagine360 is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join our team! The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for executing the entire content creation process. This position will produce and manage engaging content to attract and retain customers, boost brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads for sales. Duties include implementing a content marketing strategy, creating and editing content across multiple channels, conducting research, and analyzing content performance.
Position Location : 100% remote
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Produce high-quality articles, white papers, blogs, case studies, presentation content and survey reports, as well as supporting promotional messaging across web, social media and email
- Serve as an exemplary writer, consistent with our company's tone and mission. Can create a clean, concise, well-polished copy
- Build and maintain editorial calendar based on market needs
- Partner with senior marketing leaders to conceptualize projects upfront and develop a plan for asset productions inclusive of topic, format, voices, and required timing
- Continuously evaluate and improve content performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest health care and insurance industry trends and customer challenges in order to recommend effective content topics and formats
- Work closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective communications strategies that articulate brand benefits properly and consistently throughout content
- Own the content production process end-to-end. Interact with content specialists, graphic designers and internal team members to create and review all content & ensure consistent message.
- Test new content formats and distribution channels, including championing the increased use of data visualization
- Manage all assigned content resources including designers, writers, and other agency personnel
- Manage assets in alignment with company policies, including AI use policy and required legal reviews / approvals
