Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Warehouse Manager to join our team. This position will require a mix of warehouse work and phone sales. The ideal candidate is a team player with both warehouse and sales experience.
Responsibilities
Phone sales (training provided)
Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building with customers
Process incoming shipments in a neat and organized fashion
Pull stock to fulfill and prepare orders for shipping
Ensure orders are accurate and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Inspect incoming shipments for any damages, defects, or errors
Ability to prioritize workload and lead a team
Well organized and prompt in getting answers for customers and coworkers
Qualifications
Previous experience working in a warehouse setting and / or sales is preferred
Ability to use warehouse equipment, including forklift, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
Capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects
Excellent organizational and time management skills
