We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Inventory Clerk in the service industry, based in Auburn, Washington. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be primarily tasked with inventory management in a warehouse setting and data entry duties.

Responsibilities :

• Accurately count and manage inventory within the warehouse.
• Enter and maintain data on Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet, ensuring accurate record keeping.
• Travel between Auburn and Kent locations when required.
• Utilize personal mobile device to capture images of inventory for management review.
• Apply knowledge of accounting principles to support inventory tracking and management.
• Leverage your experience in inventory management to improve warehouse efficiency.
• Possess strong skills in Data Entry, ensuring accurate and efficient input of information into the system
• Have experience or knowledge in Inventory Tracking, managing and maintaining optimal stock levels
• Must have excellent attention to detail, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of inventory data
• Strong organizational skills are required, ensuring smooth operations in the inventory department
• Should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effectively coordinating with team members and other departments
• Able to multitask effectively, managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Must be competent in using inventory management software and other relevant computer applications
• A background in the service industry is desirable, understanding its unique demands and challenges
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions based on inventory data
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing time and meeting deadlines
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates with a degree or certification in supply chain management or a related field
