Job descriptionDevelop and deliver Solution and Implementation Strategies for Enterprise CPQ, CLM, Billing Implementations. Successfully Manage and deliver projects for QTC applications configured with Conga CPQ, CLM and Billing and Salesforce CPQ and Billing Building a sustainable practice for advising best practices to customers and implementation of Quote to Cash projects that caters to Conga and Salesforce QTC systems. Enabling New Systems / Tools in Quote to Cash Business Process and Build and mentor teams to execute the Quote to Cash projects on the new tools Use Industry expertise and a deep understanding of Quote to Cash business and system processes to maximize automation and process effectiveness Lead a team of global business analysts, project managers, scrum masters, solutions architects, technical architects, configuration engineers and quality assurance analysts to ensure that agile development teams are delivering on customer and business needs Review project plans, functional specifications and design documents to create associated test strategies, test plans, acceptance criteria and implementation timelines Exceptional business and financial acumen. Proven coach to others in developing business cases. Strong enterprise mindset. Passion for hiring and developing world-class talent and teams Around 12 years of experience in Program management with experience in customer relation and business development in a leadership role Minimum of 10+ years of Salesforce CPQ / CLM / Oracle experience Exposure to ERP and application landscape and interdependencies along with understanding of data and information flows preferred Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and analytical skills to setup and interpret logic, data, and rule relationships Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated listening, analytical, organizational, and time management skills Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies as well as product management framework. Extensive experience in risk management, with a track record of identifying and mitigating project risks. Strong Decision making skills with ability to analyse complex information and make sound judgement. The Vice President (VP) of Delivery plays a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of technology and solutions within the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process. Direct delivery resources of QTC practice that can be defined by industry, service line, technology center, specialty area or region. Responsible for managing the three main pillars of a delivery : people management, solution & customer success.
