- Lead and mentor merchandiser / s utilizing their strengths coupled with teaching / coaching as needed.
- Working with cross-functional partners you will build product strategies to grow our online business. Additionally, you will be a partner with our technology team to develop optimal processes and features for back and front-end experiences.
- Effectively and autonomously communicates data insights and proposes solutions to cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Seeks new strategies to improve site experience and collaborates with team and cross-functional partners to execute initiatives.
- Advocates for cross-functional initiatives and leads their function. Sets clear objectives, priorities, and metrics. Show ownership in execution and can keep cross-functional teams on course.
