We are seeking a Sr. Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is in the business services industry and offers a long term contract employment opportunity. As a Sr. Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for managing customer data, maintaining CRM and ERP solutions, and handling inbound calls.

Responsibilities :

• Accurately process and record customer data using various software including accounting software systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Epic Software, and ERP Solutions.
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records and perform claim administration.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Pivot Table to manage and analyze data.
• Answer inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues.
• Use the About Time software for efficient time management and task organization.
• Proficiency in CRM software to effectively manage customer relationships and interactions.
• Familiarity with ERP Solutions to streamline and integrate operation processes and information flow in the company.
• Experience with About Time software to efficiently manage mobile resources.
• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls, providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service to our clients.
• Proven expertise in Claim Administration, effectively managing and processing claims.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, capable of creating complex formulas, charts, and pivot tables.
• Proficiency in creating and managing Pivot Tables for data analysis and interpretation.
• Experience with Google Sheets, including creating, formatting, and sharing documents.
