We are looking for an experienced Video Producer for our professional services client. This will be a 6-month engagement slated to start in early February and working onsite in Washington DC. This role will be 35-40 hours per week with the possibility of overtime or staggered hours on the days of the shoot. This role requires a well-rounded Video Producer who is comfortable leading production efforts in a studio setting while consulting with clients and overseeing occasional location shoots. As an experienced creative producer, you are a leader who influences imaginative thinking and contributes to strategic visions that help our clients solve their most complex business challenges with innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex on-location and remote video / audio projects through the full development and production lifecycle including planning, budgeting, storyboarding, concepting, scripting, and execution of audio and video production and publishing.
- producing many projects out of our client's multi-camera video studio in Washington, D.C.
- Strategizing and consulting with internal clients to understand their message and assist them in transforming their content into a visual medium of animation or video that effectively conveys their strategic business objectives.
- Lead high-level, complex video / audio projects, develop and manage detailed project plans and budgets, edit and utilize existing video footage as well as direct the creation of new footage.
- Lead, coach, and mentor project team members in producing creative and innovative deliverables that meet internal client demands and expectations.
- Conducting video interviews with internal clients and coaching senior leaders on-camera performance.
Qualifications
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $47.10 to $52.34 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
