Relocation to

Eagle Animal Clinic  is searching for a full-time associate veterinarian who is energetic and experienced to work in our busy small animal exclusive practice.  Eagle Animal Clinic offers diverse and challenging caseloads and provides the tools and equipment to manage them. We practice a high level of medicine with a small-town feel. Our three full-time doctors work 3 days a week (8 : 00A-5 : 30P) aiding us in providing you with an excellent work / life balance!

Eagle Animal Clinic offers a great compensation package which typically equates to a salary of 120,000-150,000 per year. The package also includes generous PTO, dues and licenses, CE, health insurance, retirement, and pet discounts, all centered around a schedule that best suits you! We are looking for the perfect cultural fit for our “family”, and are willing to offer a signing bonus and / or moving allowance to the right DVM.

Eagle Animal Clinic is located just outside of Boise, Idaho, and provides all of the urban comforts one finds in metropolitan cities. If you love the outdoors the nearby mountains will draw you in, offering adventure in hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, and camping. The winters boast amazing skiing and snowshoeing. Once you have been here, you will not want to leave!

In addition to the responsibilities outlined below, the Associate Veterinarian is an invaluable member of the hospital team who works directly with a Managing Doctor and supporting medical staff. This individual advances the quality of medicine in the practice and provides exceptional client service to our clients and patients.

Company Description

NVA was founded in 1996 by Stanley Creighton, DVM, with an emphasis on supporting local medical standards as established by individual hospitals and practitioners. He believed that veterinary medicine is best practiced when veterinarians craft their own hospital and community specific strategies for high quality patient care and client services.

The vision continues at NVA as we make available the tools and resources for hospitals to achieve their medical goals while avoiding any single standardized national plan that might not be the best fit for an individual hospital. The variety of tools and resources we provide include emerging research and care standards, access to our national medical database, human resource guidance, marketing support, recruiting assistance, tax preparation, and training and education for staff. Managing veterinarians decide what level of medicine they would like their hospital to achieve, and NVA provides the support to get them there.

  • to improve the comfort and well-being of patients by providing progressive and compassionate veterinary care. We develop a team of individual hospitals that share knowledge to achieve sustainable growth.
