You will be responsible for your work and accompany your concepts throughout the development life cycle, and you are continuously broadening your horizon on design methods and technologies. You work in partnership with our extended global product teams to develop simple and intuitive user experiences for our customers and millions of users around the world.What you’ll do A natural collaborator and communicator : you are able to develop and present design ideas in a large team environment.Prior experience working within a technical environment is a key requirement.You possess strong experience and interaction design skills, as well as comprehensive knowledge of user-centered design principles.You are able to grasp and distill complex issues and translate them into clean, focused, understandable solutions.You’ll work closely with Design Systems and Accessibility teams to ensure consistent and accessible design solutions.You should be a self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision.What you’ll bring Bachelor’s Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Media Arts, Psychology, Computer Science or other relevant experience.3+ years corporate work experience with a focus on software design across a variety of platforms.A great eye for detail, demonstrated creative and innovative problem-solving skills.Experience designing UI products from conception to completion including the development process.Ability to clearly communicate concepts and designs through sketches, wireframes, high fidelity comps, and prototypes.Able to function both independently and in team environment with solid collaboration skills.Enthusiasm and history working in an iterative design process, motivated by group critique.Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design work to large groups and stakeholders.Ability to prototype in Figma or other tools.Experience in mobile app and component design.Experience in designing for accessibility.You have a portfolio that displays a spectrum of creative design solutions.Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco at least 2 days in the office.Meet your TeamAs the world’s leading provider of integrated travel, expense, and invoice management solutions, SAP Concur is driven by a relentless pursuit to simplify and automate these everyday processes. The targeted combined range for this position is 95,300 - 204,300 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
