Have at least 1 year experience as a Dispatcher for an HVAC company 1-2 years of relevant experience Proficient in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring 100% satisfaction, and addressing inquiries promptly and courteously. Skilled in scheduling and dispatch operations, including creating and managing work orders, coordinating with technicians, and utilizing software systems for efficient workflow. Experienced in billing procedures, including informing customers of rates / terms, managing completed work orders, and facilitating timely billing processes. Capable of providing administrative support, including verifying labor hours, managing miscellaneous tasks, and supporting managerial functions such as technician training and customer relationship management. Must be authorized to work in the US.
