Job descriptionThe Service Team Member laborer will be a self-starter, will take initiative and needs little supervision. Not afraid of hard work and satisfied in a job well done Self-confident & coachable Dependable and consistent to show up each night or communicate if unable to. Unwavering work ethic, integrity and sense of accountability. This work is physically demanding. Experience or backgrounds in the military, landscaping, waste work or construction fields are well suited, School teachers or coaches or first responders are also well-suited for this position. Collect trash and recycling door to door within an assigned apartment community and transfer to the trash compactor and or dumpster onsite. Help make sure that areas around trash compactors, dumpsters, trash chute rooms, are clean and kept up Pick up loose and bagged trash from around the compactor / dumpster area. Document and report nightly time worked, resident non-compliances, or other issues via WeDoTrash’s mobile application Operate with consistency and reliability as these attributes are vital to maintain the expected level of service and WeDoTrash reputation Other duties as assigned. Work with culture focused company; recently named in top 15 best places to work in multi-family Opportunity for career advancement Flexible evening work hours Work out while you work : must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs, climb stairs and walk Interact with a variety of residents Flexibility to assist at a variety of local communities Weekly pay Referral bonus Opportunity to work outdoors Work independently Listen to music / podcast as you work Paid travel time between communities Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance Must be able to lift up to 50lbs Must be at least 18 years of age. The Position- Service Team Member
