The Treasury Services Finance EFT position reviews, analyzes, processes, and troubleshoots various accounting and financial processes related to Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) for Treasury Services and our 1,200 bank accounts and over 30,000 EFT transactions a day. This includes registering and processing direct deposit requests, maintaining and ensuring accuracies of the EFT information in Treasury Services applications, and troubleshooting issues within the EFT program. The position takes the lead for processing direct deposit transactions between CorVel and Wells Fargo processing. This includes determining when and how to process and complete duties in accordance with the strict criteria of each of our customer requirements, as well as meeting our internal controls. This position serves as front line support to the Provider Portal assisting Providers with access and inquiry requests. This position must have extreme attention to detail to ensure set ups occur with no issues.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Monitors, tracks, analyzes, research fiscal issues to balance accounts and resolve invoice / payments with customers. Researches, coordinates, and makes recommendations regarding account discrepancies, to resolve issues.
- Interprets complex accounts and fiscal data related to customer reporting and check runs, including check printing requirements to strict criteria.
- Ensures checks are printed to strict criteria for signatures, numbering, overnight pulls, etc. Tracks held payments and continuously pursues the issue holding the payment.
- Processes all positive pay files to various banking institutions for the various 700 accounts.
- Special Projects, training others, and other operational / project daily duties, as assigned.

PAY RANGE :
CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors : federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.
For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.
Pay Range : $45,078 – $72,505
