Responsibilities
- Develop, review, edit and supplement the national training program for CDL and non-CDL passenger vehicle operators, supervisors and curbside management personnel to include materials tracking, reporting systems and “Train-the-Trainer” protocols
- Develop, procure and coordinate dissemination of collateral materials as it relates to safety and training
- Deliver on-site point-of-service training as needed
- Develop / perform program for field safety / training reviews / audits
- Monitor Key (Safety) Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Assist in accident investigations
- Support the recruitment, selection, screening and hiring of drivers
- Work with SP+ Officers and Managers in responding to subject matter governmental investigations and audits
Qualifications
Salary Range : $120,000-$130,000 / yr
