YOUR DAY AS AN AUTOMOTIVE TITLE CLERK
As an Automotive Title Clerk, you are a superstar on our dealership team! Every day, you tackle the important task of processing vehicle titles and registrations. With an attentive eye, you double-check all information to ensure that everything is accurate and complete. You then submit it in a timely manner.
Your excellent organizational skills come in handy as you track the status of each title, using our dealer management system and Excel spreadsheets. Always dedicated, you occasionally work overtime to ensure that everything is done right.
You love the opportunity to grow in your role and make a real impact on our business. Working regular office hours from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, you enjoy a great work-life balance. You couldn't ask for a better team or a more exciting journey!
WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BE AN AUTOMOTIVE TITLE CLERK?
- Experience as a title clerk
- Knowledge about titling requirements and DMV regulations
- Familiarity with motor vehicle purchase and sale documents
- Knowledge about NM sales tax codes and regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
