Telecommunication Engineer

Must be located in the Oakland / Bay area
Needs to be willing to go on site frequently at the beginning of the contract. local is preferred.
Scope :
Resolves problems of complex scope. Assignments may require complex solutions. Works independently with limited feedback from other engineers and supervisors. Works with internal and external personnel. External would include vendors, PG&E contractors, and customers.
Must have :
- Experience as it relates to these 3 technologies : fiber (outside plant), microwave, and satellite / LTE.
- Must have engineered or built a bid package based on those three technologies.
- Power utility experience
- Must have outside plant / fiber experience
- Needs to know how to design, build, and handle telecommunications into a substation.
