Role Overview :

We are looking for a driven, technology professional with a strong interpersonal and technical background who is passionate about connecting with people, managing outcomes and processes improvements.

Your role, working within the Superyachts Division Technology Team, based in our Fort Lauderdale, Florida office, is to support existing technology, transition, where applicable to strategic tools, facilitating brand specifics requirements into new demands.

You will have a proven track record in various Technology leadership functions, vendor management, AI exposure, project execution and requirements gathering. Experience in the Microsoft Power platform, or development is a plus. You will be creative and have strong analytical skills in understanding what is required to deliver the optimal internal and external client experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• You will support the team in their daily usage of the business tools.
• You will manage Infrastructure elements, such as the Azure Tenant, SharePoint, and other data storage services.
• You manage Local Technology and will be the point of escalation for local support.
• Recommend, propose, and deliver roadmaps for futureproofing the Technology landscape, including incorporating new technologies and vendor partnerships.
• You will champion future technology and its strategic benefits within the company with key executives, division and department heads and end users including areas that may require process re-thinking.
• You will work with all departments across the organization to understand key business product needs and requirements and be able to identify the most impactful opportunities and solutions.
• You work to the highest best practices and have a solid understanding of all confidentiality and privacy rules.
• Advocate for continuous integration, testing, and deployment practices to maintain platform stability and scalability.
• Drive performance improvements and monitor system health in production, with a focus on enhancing platform speed and reliability.
• Audit, identify, and optimize opportunities to improve systems and related processes, with clear metrics for success.
• Act as the technical liaison for the team, providing regular updates to leadership, facilitating discussions on challenges and solutions, and ensuring alignment across departments.
