Location : Lansing, MI
Hourly Rate : $25.50 plus, depending on experience.

Summary :
As a Technical Operator III, you will execute the assigned process / equipment in accordance with the work instructions. You will participate in production volumes and quality under the production plan while using equipment and computerized systems to produce, assemble, evaluate, process and package lithium-ion batteries in a climate-controlled environment.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare equipment and materials for production
- Lead machine change-over, verify proper function and product quality is met
- Calibrate vision systems
- Operate equipment in accordance with the OP Manual, in-putting materials, and monitoring defects / loss for continuous operation
- Conduct self-inspection of the product and check the quality
- Manage accurate records of production work in GMES (Global Manufacturing Execution System)
- Track all non-conformations and scraps
- Ensure compliance with health / safety / environmental / fire regulations
- Perform 5s audits, maintain production logs, quality checks and maintenance work logs
- Mentor and train new technical operators
- Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards :
