We are in the financial services industry, based in NORTHGLENN, Colorado, looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team. As an HR Recruiter, you will be primarily focused on talent acquisition, utilizing various platforms and systems, along with handling other HR responsibilities. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities :
- Utilize Applicant Track System (ATS) for efficient recruitment process
- Use platforms such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, and Careerbuilder for sourcing potential candidates
- Conduct Background Checks to ensure the credibility of potential employees
- Participate in Benefit Functions to understand and address employee needs
- Employ CRM and 'About Time' software for efficient time and relationship management
- Maintain strong Communication with all stakeholders involved in the hiring process
- Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now is essential
- Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is mandatory
- Familiarity with Careerbuilder is necessary
- CRM skills are a must-have
- About Time software expertise is required
- Proficiency in using Applicant Track System is necessary
- Ability to conduct Background Checks is essential
- Knowledge of Benefit Functions is required
- Excellent Communication skills are a must-have
