Problem Solving and Decision Making : Identify and resolve project issues and challenges, making informed decisions that drive project success. Quality Assurance : Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards. Reporting and Documentation : Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk registers, and lessons learned. Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience : 5+ years of experience in technical project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects. Technical Skills : Strong technical background and understanding of software development, systems engineering, or other relevant technical disciplines. Project Management Skills : Expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Leadership Skills : Ability to lead and motivate teams, delegate tasks, and manage performance. Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
