Position Overview
The Technical Consultant (TC) at The ANTi is a core member of The ANTi-FARM Managed Services, responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying robust ServiceNow solutions for our clients. Leveraging technical expertise and practical experience, the TC collaborates closely with customers and the Technical Success Managers to lead them toward scalable, sustainable solutions aligned with their business goals.
This role is ideal for someone who combines hands-on technical proficiency with strategic thinking and thrives in a client-focused environment. The TC will engage in meaningful interactions, delivering exceptional value across our Managed Services Clients. We're looking for someone who brings energy, problem-solving magic, and a commitment to excellence.
What We're Looking For
- ServiceNow Expertise : Be a ServiceNow Certified Implementer or Developer with proven experience in development, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions.
- Client-Focused Mindset : Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a strong dedication to meeting customer needs.
- Communication Excellence : Excel in written and verbal communication, delivering clear, effective demonstrations and engaging in regular communication with clients and teammates.
