Minimum 1+ years special education experience required.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team. This full-time position will serve an elementary school resource room , providing individualized support and instruction to students with mild to moderate disabilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
- Provide direct instruction and support to students in small groups or 1-on-1 settings.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to state and federal regulations regarding special education.
