Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Tax Preparer with expertise in business returns, corporate taxes, and partnerships to join our dynamic team. This onsite role requires a detail-oriented professional with an active CTEC License and bilingual proficiency in Spanish to better serve our diverse clientele. If you thrive in a friendly, positive, and collaborative environment, we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and file accurate business tax returns, including corporate, partnership, and other entity types.
- Analyze financial records to ensure compliance with tax regulations and maximize tax-saving opportunities.
- Review and address any client tax questions, concerns, or documentation needs.
- Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date advice.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain our exceptional company culture and ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist with individual tax returns during peak season if needed.
- Provide occasional Saturday support during tax season or other busy periods.
