Talent Acquisition Manager – Marketing Agency
Salary : up to $145k basic, 10% annual bonus, and share options
Location : NYC, New York
Hybrid role : must be able to do 1 day a week at the New York site and 1 day a week at the Stamford site

We’re on a journey to become a leading, global RPO business and are looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Manager / Lead who is excited by the idea of playing a key role for us as a Talent Acquisition Manager and a member of our senior leadership team as we continue our epic growth.
What does it mean to be a Talent Acquisition Manager?
As Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of the partnership. Executing the strategy and delivering against the hiring targets, SLAs, and supporting on the delivery of improvement projects as required.
You will effectively manage the client expectations and exceed agreed objectives set out by your CSD. Your role will require you to be consistently seeking improvements to your Talent Acquisition function and driving innovation to achieve a world class service.
