My client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented  Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)  to join their team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of land surveying projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance with state and federal regulations, and client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and execute land surveying projects, including boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction surveys.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare accurate survey reports, plats, and legal descriptions.
• Supervise and coordinate field crews, ensuring quality control and timely project completion.
• Review and approve survey calculations, plans, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, standards, and regulations.
• Maintain and operate survey equipment, including GPS, total stations, and data collectors.
