Overview

The Supply Chain Manager plays a crucial role in the efficient and effective coordination of all supply chain processes within the organization. This vital position requires a comprehensive understanding of supply chain management, from procurement and inventory control to distribution logistics and customer satisfaction. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for optimizing the supply chain to ensure seamless operations while reducing costs and improving service levels. With increasing globalization and complex supply networks, the Supply Chain Manager will collaborate with various departments, including procurement, production, and logistics, to align supply chain activities with the organization's business goals. By implementing innovative strategies and utilizing advanced technologies, the Supply Chain Manager will drive improvements in processes, quality, and service, contributing significantly to the overall success and competitiveness of the organization. This strategic role is essential in creating value and maintaining the balance between supply and demand in today's dynamic market environment.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or a related area.
  • Proven experience in managing supply chain operations effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor negotiation and contract management.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in supply chain software and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Leadership experience in managing teams and projects.
