Strategic Account Manager
INSPYR Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing one major account, leveraging your strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and deep understanding of our client's needs to drive business success. This is a very exciting opportunity to join our Strategic Accounts Team, who support our top three largest accounts in the business.
This role is REMOTE, with the expectation that the SAM will be onsite a the client site 3+ days for client meetings.
Must be local / within a commutable distance to Menlo Park, CA.
What we are looking for in a candidate :
- 2-5 years of experience in strategic account management, preferably selling IT Staffing Solutions / Managed Services in the San Jose, CA market.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing major accounts, exceeding sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
