Responsibilities :
- Understand, believe in, and uphold PCRK Group and Massage Envy’s Mission, Vision and Values
- Ensures their location is performing and has a laser focus in each functional area of the OKR (Net Active Member Gain, Service Hours, Guests, and Enhancements)
- Monitor staffing levels across all departments and to ensure all positions are staffed appropriately.
- Coach, develop, and retrain under performers in sales and service expectations
- Ensure all licensure, training, and documentation in accordance with state / federal / franchisor / company regulations are current
- Continuously train team on soft skills, business acumen, and metrics to strive for professional development.
- Facilitates the resolution of customer service issues while successfully identifying and addressing systemic opportunities throughout their organization
- Promotes and implements new products, services, and initiatives
- Responsible for location’s payroll entry and inventory management
- Review payroll, inventory, and applicable reports to audit for errors and address profitability related opportunities
- Host monthly Performance Coaching Plans and partner with Area Director to celebrate performance wins and address performance concerns
