Job descriptionSchedule & coordinate candidate phone interviews. Schedule & coordinate hiring manager interviews for internal and external candidates. Schedule & coordinate recruiting events such as Networking Conferences and Recruiting Days. Open requisitions in the SmartRecruiters system and maintain job postings. Assist with onboarding, background check follow-up, and gaining approvals from hiring managers. Other duties as assigned. Minimum of 3 years of work experience preferably in the staffing / talent acquisition department. Experience with Workday HCM and SmartRecruiters ATS preferred. Experience with travel and / or scheduling is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and verbal). Flexibility and responsiveness to changing needs in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, customer service approach, multi-tasking abilities, and good organizational skills required. Flexible hours including evening and weekend hours (in emergency situations only) as needed.

Our key client in Clinical Robotics is hiring and looking to add a Commercial Staffing Coordinator to their team.
Pay Rate : $40.00-45.00 / hour on W2
Work Type : Remote - Availability to support CST / MT / PST time zone
Duration : 5-month contract (with possible extension)
Key Responsibilities :
Coordination of interview / field ride process :
- Build and maintain relationships with field sales reps to manage their schedule of availability for candidate field rides.
- Work with candidates to understand their availability, market sensitivity, vendor credentialing requirements, and travel logistics.
- Understand the process enough to answer questions and ensure the candidate is set up for success in the day.
- Coordinate travel schedules with our travel agency to ensure travel costs are in line with guidelines and that candidate experience is taken into account.
Track activity and report on field ride metrics :
