We’re Hiring!
Our key client in Clinical Robotics is hiring and looking to add a Commercial Staffing Coordinator to their team.
Pay Rate : $40.00-45.00 / hour on W2
Work Type : Remote - Availability to support CST / MT / PST time zone
Duration : 5-month contract (with possible extension)
Key Responsibilities :
Coordination of interview / field ride process :
- Build and maintain relationships with field sales reps to manage their schedule of availability for candidate field rides.
- Work with candidates to understand their availability, market sensitivity, vendor credentialing requirements, and travel logistics.
- Understand the process enough to answer questions and ensure the candidate is set up for success in the day.
- Coordinate travel schedules with our travel agency to ensure travel costs are in line with guidelines and that candidate experience is taken into account.
Track activity and report on field ride metrics :
