The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing fire sprinkler systems using AutoSprink or similar software, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications. This role requires NICET Level I-III Certifications in Water-Based Layout and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Design and layout fire sprinkler systems in accordance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.-Utilize AutoSprink or similar software to create accurate and efficient sprinkler system designs.-Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of fire sprinkler systems into building plans.-Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and material lists for fire sprinkler systems.-Review and interpret construction documents, specifications, and other related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.-Conduct site surveys and inspections as needed to gather necessary information for design purposes.-Provide technical support and guidance to installation teams during project execution.-Ensure timely completion of design projects while maintaining high-quality standards.-Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design processes.The ideal candidate should possess : -NICET Level I-III Certifications in Water-Based Layout.-Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire sprinkler design.-Proficiency in AutoSprink or similar sprinkler design software.-Strong knowledge of fire protection codes and standards.-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.-Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Benefits : -We offer a great benefits package including Sick Days-401k retirement plan (for eligible employees)-Direct deposit-Medical coverage-Dental Coverage-Career Growth-Work Life Balance-Team events-Performance Bonuses-Ongoing Training ProgramSchedule : -8 hour shift-Monday to Friday 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm-Weekend Work with OT PotentialWork Location : -Lee County and Fort Meyers -Hybrid-Open to candidates within a 40-45 min radiusIf you're a skilled Fire Sprinkler Designer with a passion for leadership and safety, join The Contractor Consultants to play a pivotal role in protecting properties and lives.
