- This is a single-doctor, privately-owned general dentistry practice. I allow my hygienists to run a team-based program with 60-minute appointments. I am here to SUPPORT you while you support me! Please reach out to me / us so you can discuss the position with my current hygienist. My current hygienist plans to stay until the end of March 2025, at which time she will retire.

We have an opening for a Registered Dental Hygienist for our general dentistry office in Ann Arbor starting in April 2025 as we say congratulations to our team member who plans to retire. We are seeking an RDH for the full week (see schedule below).
We are seeking a qualified and motivated full-time (about 29.5 clinical hours per week) RDH who is ready to help grow our practice as I begin to setline into two years of ownership with exciting opportunities for growth. We want someone who wants to inspire patients, be a good team player, and grow personally and professionally while having fun at work! We want to do good dentistry, be nice to people, and enjoy our time together as much as possible.
Our practice is patient-centered with a multicultural patient pool. Spanish is the primary language of many of our patients, but almost all speak English. As such, fluency in Spanish is ideal, but certainly not required. We have an electronic translation device he would provide to you to facilitate basic conversations, and it works very well. Our practice thrives on multicultural, diverse relationships that enrich the lives of staff and patients alike.
Experience is preferred, but not mandatory. We are ready to train new graduates, but we are also open to those with years of experience.
