Self-care enables team care which enables client care, in that order. Individuals will, naturally, have specific roles that align their skills with company needs, but the harmony and success of the greater group will always be a greater priority than individual preferences or achievements. The magical differentiator of Cadence is not what we do but our ability to do it together within an extraordinarily warm and supportive environment. One Team, One Dream.
