Solution Architect - Analytics at St. Luke's Health System in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Overview Solution Architect - Analytics St. Luke's Health System is seeking an Analytics Solution Architect to join our Data and Analytics team. In this role, you'll work with technical experts to set process standards, communicate best practices, define architecture, and serve as a champion for analytics using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure Databricks. The ideal candidate for this position would have great communication skills, a strong ability to partner, be a curious self-starter with a pulse on the latest analytics practices and have great analytical and problem-solving skills. Required Criteria : + Education : Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree + Experience : Minimum of 4 years related experience Responsibilities : + Partner with a wide variety of other domain architects and technical experts to define architecture and strategy that meets current and future analytics needs using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure Databricks + Design, implement, and maintain technical tools and processes to manage the Power BI environment + Partner with Power BI developers and data engineers to define, communicate, and document process standards and best practices for Power BI development + Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Azure portal, Power BI gateway, etc. + Conduct audits of existing analytics solutions to find opportunities for improvement + Partner, mentor and co-develop with Power BI developers; troubleshooting performance and identifying optimal strategies + Serve as the technical subject matter expert, liaison, and champion for Power BI + Other responsibilities as assigned Experience : Required + Intermediate to advanced Power BI development knowledge + Experience writing SQL, M language, and DAX + Some exposure to / experience with Power BI data flows + Understanding of Microsoft Fabric architecture + Knowledge of or some experience using REST API (preferably with Power BI or Fabric) + Exposure to data warehousing architecture / methodologies (snowflake, star schemas, etc.) Preferred + Experience managing on-premise Power BI data gateway server + Python, C#, or other coding languages + Experience with Azure Databricks, Snowflake, or other lakehouse architecture + Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, or other code repositories What's in it for you (Text Only) At St. Luke's, caring for people in the communities we serve is our mission - and this includ To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
