About TKO Vitality :

At TKO Vitality, we’re redefining wellness by merging health, fitness, and science to create innovative solutions that empower our customers. We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence, craft compelling campaigns, and drive engagement across social media, email marketing, and more. If you have a passion for health, wellness, and digital storytelling, we’d love to have you on board.

This is an in-person role based at our office located at 405 Marsh Ave. Reliable transportation is required, as you may need to commute to other locations for content creation, events, and collaborations.

Responsibilities :

Manage social media accounts , creating and scheduling engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Lead content creation efforts , including short-form video, graphics, and copywriting for social media, email marketing, and digital ads.
Work with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand’s mission.
Analyze marketing performance , providing insights and data-driven recommendations to improve reach and engagement.
Assist in influencer and brand partnership strategies , coordinating outreach and collaborations in the wellness and fitness space.
Stay on top of industry trends , platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing, especially within the health and wellness industry.
Ensure brand consistency in messaging, tone, and aesthetics across all digital platforms.

Requirements :

Strong understanding of social media strategy, content creation, and engagement best practices.

Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with an ability to communicate wellness-focused messaging effectively.

Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Passion for health, wellness, fitness, and digital marketing.

Bonus Skills :

Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or 4+ years of hands-on marketing experience.

Experience in the wellness, fitness, or healthcare industry.

Knowledge of paid social media advertising and campaign management.

Experience with SEO, email marketing, or influencer marketing.
