CARE SPECIALIST

Essential Functions :

• Foster our mission : To attract, train, retain and treasure the best care professionals
• Develop strong relationships with care professionals
• Strive to be care professional’s primary employer via consistent scheduling and maximizing desired hours
• Work with Care Managers to effectively staff and match care professionals and clients based on skills and mutual interests
• Boost employee retention with company-wide strategic initiatives
• Recruit, screen, interview, onboard new teammates
• Build pipelines of prospective candidates through professional networks, and targeted community outreach and recruitment events
• Assure the caregiving team successfully completes initial and annual training requirements
