LHH has partnered with a company in the Greater Seattle area in search of a Service Engineer to join the team. This is a growing and stable company that thrives on professional development, ensuring team collaboration and top customer service.

What you will do :

Overall customer machine maintenance, repairs, new installs and resolving any issues that may come up.

Independent and self-sufficient worker. With this being a hybrid position, the applicant needs to be able to manage their time.

Documenting and reporting service work.

Customer part orders.

High level of customer service and communication.

What you need :

2+ years of experience working with large industrial machines, repairing and installing equipment.

Proven ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and sequence (PLC) diagrams.

Customer service skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Adaptable in the work environment.

Manage competing demands, and dealing with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.

Knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Knowledge of CNC-controlled lathes and milling machines a plus.

Other :

Hybrid position with travel to customer sites.

75k-$85k salary.
